1. A fresh pair of eyes to perform independent and thorough analysis
We start by running an Operational Audit, led by David Holley, that looks at what the business does, how it goes about things, who it serves, what you consider the problem to be and why it has happened. Our team will gather and analyse data, talk with and listen to the people involved, follow the processes and test the customer experience. We will present a detailed report of our findings to you.
2. A detailed report identifying what’s working well, what’s going wrong, what’s missing and identifying solutionsOur report will be independent, considered, insightful. It might make uncomfortable reading in parts: it will include high-level professional opinion of your business from influential external observers. It’s a rigorously evidenced analysis of what’s going right, and what’s going wrong.
3. A concrete plan
We will work with you to develop a practical and coherent plan that applies the solutions we have agreed and which will transform your business unit.
4. A drive to execute the plan
The plan will only work if the team have bought into it and have a clear understanding of their role and what needs to be done by when and have the necessary skills to deliver their part. We will support the business unit management team through coaching or by working within the business on a short term basis to deliver our goals.
